Fantastic service from start to finish. We now have a beautiful new bathroom and couldn't be happier. The work was carried out in less than a week and was completed with care, quality tradesmenship, professionalism, and always staying tidy, keeping the disruption to a minimum.
We have a few future projects planned, and it's great to know we have such good tradesmen on hand to call on.

Rang in the morning, house visit that day, clear communication & assistance in what best suited our requirements, pricing & style options discussed. Later, photos & prices sent by phone, quote issued after agreement..all in 24hrs. Work commenced within 72hrs. Desi is very professional, tidy worker, excellent English & with his brother Javi are simply the best if you need any home remodeling,Building,painting, plumbing etc done...terrific work, great value, a credit to their profession.
No hesitation in recommending & will most definitely avail of their services in the future for any work to our house, big or small.

LA Building services were contracted to replace our bath with a shower cubical .
We are extremely pleased with the cost, the final result , the way it was done and the sociability of the LA staff.
The whole procedure took just three days, (expect a lot of noise and some dust), but the end result makes it all worthwhile.

Vårt hus ble bygget i 2019. Men etter en tid begynte malingen på huset og muren å falle av og det ble mange sprekker i muren på huset.
Etter anbefaling av venner som hadde benyttet LA Building Services tidligere tok vi kontakt.
De kom, inspiserte huset og ga et detaljert tilbud som vi aksepterte: Reparering av mur og sprekker, priming og 2 lags maling. Og ikke minst flislegging 80 til 100 cm fra bakken for å hindre malingen å falle av på nytt. Og de klarte å finne de samme flisene som var på deler av fasaden!
Arbeidet startet og sluttet når det skulle. Og resultatet er meget bra! Høy kvalitet på arbeidet og veldig bra finish. Og sluttprisen, samme som tilbudet.
Og de avsluttet med å sende en som vasket.

As newcomers to Alicante, we are very happy to have found the remodeling company LA Building Services. Not only did we receive very competent advice, but all the work was carried out promptly, quickly and cost-effectively. Communication was excellent and the workers were very friendly. Absolutely extraordinary, hard to dream of in our latitudes and therefore absolutely recommendable!

In February of this year we bought an old appartment in Ciudad Quesada. For the renovation project we asked Des and his team to do the works. We can only be positive about the cooperation with LA building services. First of all they act fast and keep there appointments. Like in every renovation project things go wrong sometimes but Des picks it up immediately and does everything to solve the problem. The result is amazing. We can highly recommend LA Building services.

This is our first piece of work completed by LA Building Services. It most certainly will not be the last.
The guys were working in temperature’s of nearly 40 degrees. Polite, knowledgeable, respectful. An absolute pleasure to have them in our home. The new roof they built is better than we ever thought possible. They cleaned up perfectly. It was as if they had never been. Here. We need some more building work completed in the future. LA Building Services will be our first phone-call.

Highly professional guys. Did an excellent job in removing and disposing furniture/ kitchen equipments/beds and all without a scratch. Complete painting of the apartment with very helpful suggestions. All done in two days. With smiles on their faces. Will always use them.

Very pleased with the work that was carried out at our property in spain. (New kitchen/bathroom and air con units). Communication was perfect from start to finish which put us at ease as we were not physically present at the property during the process. Photographs were sent throughout to keep us up to date and any queries were answered promptly. Property was also kept secure by the company whilst the work was carried out.

We received an excellent service from Des and his team. We were arranging the work from outside the country, Des ensured that everything was on time and finished to an extremely high standard. We wouldn’t think twice about using them in the future! Highly recommend!

Des was very easy to deal with & every time we arranged anything he was always on time. The finished job was excellent & we would recommend this company.

Came to look at leaking roof...next morning Saturday...came with 4workers ...covered the whole roof with a fibre mesh and covered with a waterproof coating excellent job would highly recommend this company and I will certainly be using them again ...there quick response...with heavy rain expected all next week has stopped makeing a leaking roof much worse....many thanks...LA Building services
