Had leak at holiday home, identified by unusually high bill. WLS were recommended and I must say their response and support was fantastic. From the first call to Louise who coordinated all activity, whilst I was still in the UK, to the engineers Andy and Jodie, their customer service, knowledge and value was excellent. They quickly identified the leak location and went about repairing it with the minimum of disruption.
Overall I hope you never need to use a service such as this - but, if you do, I cant recommend them highly enough. Thankyou WLS.

Very pleased with the service provided. The leak under our terrace was quickly located and repaired and everything was reinstated as good as new. Minimum disruption and clean and tidy. Andy and Jody were very professional throughout.

I had a leak in the water meter and phoned water leak services. A very nice man (Martin) spoke with a couple of the workmen who promptly came round had a look made sure the part needed was available. All the time the men were very pleasant and helpful. They then came back the next day 3 of them this time and fixed the leak. All the while being friendly and professional..I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Excellent service from start to finish. So pleased with the work done to fix a water leak at my house. The lads were friendly, arrived on time, and got everything sorted quickly. They left everything clean and tidy and they were courteous, and professional.They explained everything step by step.

I would highly recommend Martin and his team. They are very professional, knowledgeable, punctual and pleasant and did a great job locating (and resolving) a very difficult to reach water leak.
