I had a leak in the water meter and phoned water leak services. A very nice man (Martin) spoke with a couple of the workmen who promptly came round had a look made sure the part needed was available. All the time the men were very pleasant and helpful. They then came back the next day 3 of them this time and fixed the leak. All the while being friendly and professional..I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Contacted them out of hours, they responded before 8am the next day & arranged to come out late afternoon to survey / find leak.Leak was fixed the following morning. Work was carried out in a confined underground space as not to disturb the the paved area by the pool. Thanks WLS team you were brilliant

They were so easy to deal with. Messages were replied to promptly, they turned up when they said they would, and they’re work is second to none. They even cold called the day after the repairs to double check the new tiles they had to lay were ok

Martin and his team responded immediately to my call after a water leak was detected by the water company (behind the meter / very high water usage). They arrived promptly with a highly motivated crew and professional equipment. They quickly identified the source of the underground leak and took care of everything efficiently. Excellent service—fast, helpful, and reliable. Hopefully I won’t need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call them!

This company is brilliant. They came out promptly, used a detector on the whole area to make sure there was only one leak and repaired it quickly and efficiently. Everything was done very professionally and the area was left clean and tidy. Photos were taken and a report produced, in Spanish and English, which we simply passed to the insurance company. I would definately recommend them.

Called them this morning to see if they could come and find a big leak...we had been without water for 9 days, as nobody who had a water detector couldn't come until after 14 days. They came at 12 today. Found the leak and repaired the leak. Did a
fantastic job. Very professional and not expensive. Couldn't get a better service.
We highly recommend them. Will definitely call them again if we get another leak.

Martin and Andy came to us as soon as it became apparent that our insurance company weren't prepared to even try to find the leak, let alone repair it.

Using gas and their tracing equipment they were able to detect the leak and it was repaired within a couple of hours.

The hole was made good soon after, and by the evening you'd never have known there was ever a problem.

Martin ensured we had the report (complete with photos) ready for the insurance company in our possession that same evening.

Overall a fantastic service. Very friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable people 👍🙂
