Rafael Martín Calafat

Visité la tienda que estaba cerrada el viernes 12 de mayo de 2023. Llamé a Rafael más tarde ese día y le di mi dirección y detalles + información del problema de plomería que estaba teniendo. Dijo que vendría "mañana". Esperé todo el día y no me visitó ni me contactó. Le devolví la llamada pero ignoró mis llamadas telefónicas. Le envié un SMS pero tampoco me respondió.
¡Por lo tanto, no recomendaría los servicios de este plomero cuando trata a los clientes potenciales con tal desprecio y falta de respeto!

I visited the shop which was closed. I rang Rafael and gave him my address and details + information of the plumbing problem I was having. He said he would come "mañana". I waited all day and he didn't visit or contact me. I rang him back but he ignored my phone calls. I sent him an SMS but he didn't respond to that either.
I would therefore not recommend the services of this plumber when he treats potential customers with such contempt and disrespect!
