Empresa irresponsable y de malísimo servicio, no reconocen responsabilidades y son muy cabezones, a evitar…. Me vaciaron la piscina y no quieren reconocer su responsabilidad.

Staff is great. Fast and easy transaction. Good choice of pool supplies.

Unhelpful. When they actually arrive after waiting 12 months !!!!!! the technical guy is great. They also pretend when they dont want to be bothered........... that they cannot speak english. Typically as is usual here very bad customer service on Ibiza.

Very weak customer support, and they didn’t act honestly. No good project partner.

Even with me not speaking Spanish, i was helped getting chemicals for the pool, even mentioned that the lower cost one was just as good ..
