🇬🇧 Terrible experience with Oasis. Since May, I've been trying to get a date for a simple filter cleaning service for my air conditioning, and it's now June 16. Despite repeated WhatsApp messages and calls, they only reply with excuses like "we're too busy" or "we’ll contact you soon." For the sale and installation of the AC, they had no problem being quick and responsive. But now that it’s time for basic maintenance, they’re completely unreliable. No clear communication, no service, and nobody on the phone is able to schedule anything. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend them at all.
🇪🇦 Una experiencia pésima con Oasis. Desde mayo estoy intentando conseguir una cita para una simple limpieza de filtros del aire acondicionado, y ya estamos a 16 de junio. Les he enviado muchos WhatsApps y he llamado mil veces, y solo me responden con excusas como "estamos muy liados" o "ya te llamaremos". Para venderme el aire y hacer la instalación fueron rapidísimos. Pero ahora, para algo tan básico como el mantenimiento, no responden ni dan soluciones. Atiende el teléfono una persona que no puede ni dar fechas ni ayudar. Vergonzoso. No los recomiendo en absoluto.

Acaban de montarme un equipo de a/a y me han parecido buenos profesionales, serios y cumplidores. Por mi experiencia, los recomiendo, sin duda.

He instalado recientemente en mi propiedad unos nuevos AC de la marca Daikin con Oasis. La instalación ha sido perfecta, llevada a cabo por buenos profesionales y en pocos días. Los equipos funcionan muy bien. Estoy muy contenta con el resultado y sin duda recomendaré Oasis a amigos y conocidos

I do not live in Spain permanently and our air conditioning unit needed replacing. I was recommended by a friend who had recently had an entire new install on his substantial home. Oasis were brilliant ! They inspected and quoted (competetively) and once approved installed efficiently and left everything in clean order. Highly recommend Oasis

2 years ago, I had my air conditioning replaced by Alex and his team. Perfect installation, and on schedule...
A few days ago, I had a "defrost warning light" in my air conditioner.
I simply reported it to Alex, who took advantage of a intervention from one of his technician near my home to make a check of my installation. Free of charge, and I am out of warranty.
I wanted mentioned his professionalism.

Great service professional and very responsive. Oasis had installed complete AC unit 2 years ago and the main circuit board get destroyed and it was out of warranty. They contact the manufacturer explained the situation and came out installed new one without any charge.
Just want to say thank your for service and definitely will use and recommend their service again. 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏽👍🏽

Very professional team and the Manager Alex is a true professional. Our central AC broke down in the middle of the heat late July. I found Oasis on internet and called. Alex was at our place in 45 min and the new Central AC unit and fan were installed promptly and at the exact time promised (The visit was Thursday afternoon, the AC was fully installed Monday morning (in 2 working days!). I recommend Oasis, a true professional team.

Alex and team at Oasis were beyond expectation's.
Fact is, I had contacted 2 OTHER COMPANIES, before Oasis. 1 company said they would call back next week, another asked when I would need the air conditioning. if I lived here, yes I live here, but I never heard back from any of them!
THEN I contacted OASIS via email. 20 minutes after ALEX called.
he came to our home the same afternoon. within a short time, the team had installed air conditioning with room control for 5 zones. amazing. they were all very professional, on time, and friendly, cleaned too.

Best and most professional company we have used in Spain full stop. Professional from start to finish - good price, all engineers punctual and standard of work excellent!!! Will be using them for all maintenance work. We run a business back home and this firm do things properly, simple as that. Would recommend every time.

I contracted Oasis to fully replace my old ducted aircon with a new Daikin inverter based system. The new system will have 5 individually thermostat controlled zones (Airzone system), using the old ducts refitted with new Airzone grilles in all zones.

After initial contact to alternative suppliers I chose Oasis for the job based on:
1) Proximity: I live in Marbella
2) Responsiveness and reliability: Consistently, from first contact through installation and commissioning.
3) Professional advise
4) Price/quality

Excellent service from start to finish. Competitive quote for replacement of my existing Daiken unit. Fitters turned up on time, carried out work very efficiently, cleaned up afterwards and the plasterer did a great job in fitting new access panels. Also handled any questions I had in a timely manner. Made what I thought was going to be very messy nightmare scenario very easy.

From the first consultation to the commissioning and set up of a new Air Conditioning installation the attention to detail and quality of service was excellent.

The work of the people doing the actual installation can only be classified as impeccable. The workmanship far exceeded what one (after 40 years) regrettably has come to expect here on the Costa del Sol, with an attention to detail that can only come from years of experience in the field. I also appreciated the exhaustive technical knowledge the people doing the installation had, since me (being an engineer) formulated quite a few questions, all of which were responded to promptly. I must also say that the cleanliness adhered to was admirable (no spills, and everything left clean and tidy).
