Begin Sep deze "plumbing experts" gecontacteerd voor een een klein waterlek aan het hangtoilet. Driemaal ter plaatse geweest maar lekte nog steeds. Lieten ons nieuwe mozaïek tegeltjes bestellen want ze zouden het moeten openbreken. Nu, mid Okt, meermaals gebeld en in de winkel geweest maar ondanks beloftes niet meer komen opdagen noch iets van zich laten horen.

Very helpful people. Installed new pressure valve and stopcock at short notice, sensible price, friendly team, and they cleaned up after themselves too. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Tom & Harry.

Amazing service, would 100% recommend. Our boiler broke and was replaced within 24 hours. Polite and helpful service- could not be happier.

Ein großes Dankeschön an Marco und die beiden Kollegen vom Klima-Anlagen-Team. Heute wurde unsere defekte, 15 Jahre alte Anlage ausgetauscht. Hat einwandfrei geklappt !! Termin war vor einigen Tagen für heute 13-14.00 Uhr vereinbart. Um 13.20 Uhr fuhr der Wagen vor und nach 1 1/2 Stunden war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt. Baustelle gesäubert, Altmaterial zur Entsorgung mitgenommen und gut verständliche Einweisung mit der neuen Anlage vorgenommen. Wir sind bisher in der langjährigen Zusammenarbeit immer sehr zufrieden gewesen und werden Moraira-Plumbing gerne weiterempfehlen,

Moraira Plumbing and Heating have been working with me for more than 20 years. They installed my central heating and have helped me in any number of ways over the years. They have a good team of competent plumbers, some English origin, others Hispanic, all cheerful and hard-working. The quality I most appreciate is the speed with which they respond to a problem. My impression is that I have never had to wait more than 48 hours, and more often than not, they are at the house the day after my call or WhatsApp. I am pleased to recommend them highly and simply wonder, given my consistently positive experiences, why I haven't done this sooner. Sorry, Ray, Tom, Harry, and the team.

We have used Moraira Plumbing and Heating on two occasions now. On the first they removed and replaced two old gas boilers from my two apartments. They were always prompt, courteous, cleaned up properly after themselves and the price was as quoted which was a very fair price. This was in December 2022. There was a small issue we found a few weeks later, we messaged them and they came straight out, same day and resolved. I could have asked for no more!

They have been out again today to remove 5 very old air conditioning units (with outside units in very awkward places) and install 4 new more efficient units. Again the team were on time, efficient and polite. Did a fantastic job and did some filling and patching where old units made a mess of the walls, really hadn’t expected them to do that so extra points chaps!! Price was very competitive and was a real pleasure to have them working on our home.

A big thank you to Marco and his very hard working pleasant team. They did a fantastic job replacing 2 air con units. This is the second time we have used this company and have been more than happy on both occasions.

Excellent after care service from Ray and Marco of mph. My aircon unit stopped working. Marco came out quickly and the unit was fried due to a lightning strike. Thankfully it was under guarantee. They arranged for technician to come out within a few days. Marco kept me informed on what was happening throughout and even called one evening to make sure the technician had turned up as expected. Great customer service.

My daughter recommended Moraira Plumbing Heating and they have just installed two airconditioning units. The installation went very well and the technicians did exactly what I wanted. Not only were they the cheapest of the three quotes but they also installed good quality units with a four year warranty. Highly recommended, thank you Ray.

I had a very good experience, both Harry and Tom did a great job. One radiator leaking, the whole heating stopped working as also the pressure valve to fill system up was faulty. The only thing I had problems with, was trying to get hold of Moraira plumbing. Probably too busy to listen to messages, so I stopped off at my friend Ian's, who I knew they were there to sort his boiler out, and intercepted the guys working there to get someone to come. I was called back, appointment was made and Tom and Harry solved everything. Thanks guys. Very happy to be warm again. Reasonably priced too 👍😊

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Moraira Plumbing and Heating. Our old oil burner of our central heating stopped working after 20 years without having had a problem once. So we had a new one installed by them. Our old burner had a chimney pipe outside so the smoke would come out at the level of the roof. They said the new ones don't need that anymore and cut it so the smoke came out the wall directly. That whole installation had been done quite poorly in the first place. After a short time our outside wall was very black from the smoke already and also the burner stopped working after having it used for 2 weeks total. They came around to have a look and fixed it so it worked again. The next day it stopped working again so they came aroung and said it needed a service which sounded very strange to us after having it used for a couple of weeks only and us never having done a service on the old one for 20 years. Anyways it was cold so we did the service but it didn't last long and the heating stopped working again. They came around and this time they said the wireless remote controller was the problem. Since it was almost new they took it with them to replace it (warranty). That was in 2021! Since then we've been in touch with Marco one of their employees via text. He kept promising us that someone would come around but it never happened. We ended up going to the shop again in October 2022 to speak to the owner. He said he didn't know anything about this case and they didn't have our controller. This was mind blowing. He took our number (like they didn't have it already as we are customers) and said he would talk to Marco and then get back to us. He never did! A week later I texted Marco again to ask what was going on and he just ignored me and I have not heard back from him either since then.
So here we are with a heating that's useless that cost almost 4000.- Euros. Very honourless behaviour to sell something that doesn't work properly and then charge more to make it work for a short time again and then just disappear and even take part of it (the controller itself was almost 200.- Euros) with them.

What can I say, We cannot fault this company. They are first class. Ray and his team responded quickly when we had a problem. Highly recommended.

Very Disappointing experience from Moraira Plumbing and heating, I would not recommend any one to use this company. At first the service seemed good when I ordered 5 Ac units from them at the end of December and they agreed to install the following week. Before the units were installed I asked them to attend the house and liase with my electrician who was working at the property which is undergoing a renovation, this he did and advised all would be ok
Two weeks ago I moved into the house with my disabled mother we put three units on and with

switched, and we soon realised we could only use one unit at a time, which as you would imagine for a large house with air con as the only form of heating is not good. The guy who installed the units called Marcas came to the house and advised they should be installed to their own circuit, and my electricity needed upgrading. AMAZING AS HE HAD INSTALLED THEM, AND HAD NEVER TOLD ME THIS BEFORE. I tried to speak with the manager owner of the company called Ray, but he would not speak to be just sent me messages advising there was nothing he could do.
I then asked him to visit my house to speak with me and my builder but he refused with no apology or proper explanation. |
Paid cash for these units 3500 which is a lot of money for me and I am still with out sufficient heating ,and I have heard nothing more from him, I advised him if nothing was sorted I wanted the units un installed and a full refund. He has still not responded, and I am still waiting! totally disgusting service.

Absolute first class service after experiencing some really rip-off trades since we’ve moved here all in it for a quick buck these definitely aren’t
I needed some plumbing work looking at really quick they turned up assessed the job came back the following day and got everything sorted I would definitely recommend.

Asked for Waterblock Deposit incl. installation. After they send someone to see the place where to install, I received an offer incl. labor and materials and accepted. The day of installation they doubled the price saying its better to put the Block on the other wall as otherwise have no access anymore to the tubes! So why don´t tell directly? This I call a fraud offer something first for a lower price then double the price. I denied but as the Aqua Block was already in the House I just bought the Block for about 520€. Asking another company to install and now found out that an important part (the connection) is missing. Callign Mr Ray Gardner he really want to charge me this plastic part extra! Contacting JUJUJU and Bauhaus they said this always comes with the connection part. Well apart that in Bauhaus the Aqua Block is 200€ cheaper - so no more words to say! NEVER AGAIN MR RAY!

Excellent and fast service, friendly and competent staff. Ray and his team are my only choice when it comes to plumbing works. 5 Stars from my side, keep up the good work.

Fantastic service
Moraira Heaing and plumbing has done a lot of work on our house including installing airconditioning. They have always been efficient, decent, honest and very fast. They know what they are doing and they always clean after working. This time our waterboiler broke down at Friday midnight but within a few hours on Saturday morning we had a new one installed. Thanks for a fantastic service to Ray and his great crew.
