Unprofessional behavior.
I contacted him one day in advance and he confirmed that he would come the next day at 11:00, asking me to send the location and a description of the issue via WhatsApp. I sent all the requested details.

On the day of the appointment, at 10:30, I called to confirm whether he would arrive on time. He asked if I had sent the address on WhatsApp; I asked him to check, he confirmed he had received it and told me he would be about 10 minutes late.

After more than two hours of waiting, he stopped answering the phone and never showed up. This shows a complete lack of respect for the client’s time.

Based on this experience, the service was extremely disappointing. I also have serious doubts about the authenticity of the positive Google reviews. I do not recommend using his services.

Lo contacté con un día de antelación y confirmó que vendría al día siguiente a las 11:00, pidiéndome que le enviara por WhatsApp la ubicación y una descripción del problema. Envié toda la información solicitada.

El día de la cita, a las 10:30, lo llamé para confirmar si llegaría a la hora acordada. Me preguntó si le había enviado la dirección por WhatsApp; le pedí que lo comprobara, confirmó que la había recibido y me dijo que se retrasaría unos 10 minutos.

Después de más de dos horas de espera, dejó de contestar el teléfono y no se presentó, sin dar ninguna explicación. Esto demuestra una falta total de respeto por el tiempo del cliente.

En base a esta experiencia, el servicio fue muy decepcionante. También tengo serias dudas sobre la autenticidad de las reseñas positivas en Google. No recomiendo utilizar sus servicios.

Excellent plumber! Responded to an emergency situation immediately with offerring to come and address the problem within 2 hrs from initial message, despite being 1 hour away from my address! Resolved major drain blockage and damage to the pipe efficiently and with clear understanding of what needs to be done! After unblocking the damaged and severily blocked pipe (by previous owner of the house), he repaired the pipe holes and my bathroom's toilet was flashing as it is supposed to. Very happy customer and will definitely recommend Laslo to everyone if in need of plumbing services. Thank you
