I would not recommend this company to anyone due to poor quality work that was done.

I had an appointment for one thing and I was not given any heads-up that the team would be coming inside the house for an assessment for a completely different category of work, which I did ask for. This felt intrusive. During his visit, he made inappropriate comments about how the living space is arranged.

He also complained about a previous customer’s legitimate concerns over poor workmanship, which seemed very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Despite saying they could take on the project, they failed to send a quote as promised. They requested a list of tasks, even though they had already completed the assessment and then went completely silent for months. When I reached out to ask if they were still interested in the job, I received no response.

The lack of professionalism, communication, basic courtesy and poor work quality is unacceptable.
