My kitchen sink had a clog which I tried to remove myself with the chemical product I bought in the hardware store. When it didn't work, I called Santana Y Viera. They came up quickly, but when removing the blockage they let all the liquid run all over the floor instead of using the buckets I provided for them to catch the water run off. They did this twice and caused a lot of damage to the cabinets underneath the sink, as well as the parallel ones. The damage wasn't apparent until the next day, when I called them they said it was my own fault for trying to unclog the sink myself, despite the fact it was their plumber who chose to let the liquid run all over while he worked and caused all the damage. He didn't even bother to mop up the mess he made.

I had used Santana Y Viera for many other jobs before this, so I was very disappointed by how they treated a regular customer. Never again.
