Chose to call this company because of the good ratings, BIG mistake.
I recently bought my first house and the drains were not pulling properly. Figured to hire a professional in order to not break anything and have it sorted properly since the beginning. This man with a younger person arrived, said that the plumbing system is old and got to work. My partner pointed out already in the beginning to be mindful for the water to not overflow to the house. Sewerage water starts coming from the toilet hole up and this keeps going until the whole downstairs is covered by it. Horrific experience. Now not only the clog is still there, I also have 5cm of shit downstairs and had to throw a lot of my belongings to the trash due to hygienic reasons. I spent the whole night cleaning (9h). As I got the floor to be visible again, I also noticed that the toilet is not attached and only one screw is to be found. The attitude towards me was ignorant since the beginning but I did not mind it since I really just needed professional help with the clog. However after causing the house to be flooded with shit and leaving with the words "I am not a cleaner" with other snarly comments, I can tell you I spent that night crying and shovelling shit.
I have attached pictures of the situation as well as the conversation with the "professional" after.
There is other companies in the area that I then found extremely helpful and professional with open communication on the situation, I highly suggest you do the same.
