In days of service which is so sadly missing, realising we had a water leak somewhere I phoned Bradley Construction Water Leak Detection and they were with me within a very short time.
Bradley arrived and using his detection apparatus quickly isolated the area of the leak. Within 2 hours his operatives were here and carried out all that was required in a most professional manner leaving everything so clean and tidy.
Pity only 5 stars are available as they are deserved of the very highest recommendation

These guys are a godsend. We had a tap fall off and although we were able to shut off the main water supply, we were obviously left without water.
We phoned them and they came out a few hours later and were able to fit a new tap
They were very polite and efficient and soon got the job done.

I have used Bradley's Leak Detection on three previous occasions over the past four years. This week was the fourth time I have had to call and as ever he provided an absolutely first rate service.

I discovered the leak early on Monday and phoned Bradley straightaway. He explained he was really busy and all his teams were out working on leak repairs. He said he'd contact me asap to get a team around.

Later that very same day around 3pm Andy and Stuart arrived. In what seemed like minutes they discovered the leak and set about making the repair. I explained there were electric cables in the same place. They were super careful and revealed the leak which was surrounded by numerous cables and irrigation pipes none of which they damaged in the least.

Andy and Stuart we're both extremely friendly and informative. They were extremely quick in repairing the pipe and making good the hole they had dug. Before they went they grouted the area which needed to be removed which amounted to two tiles because the leak was in the very intersection of the two tiles otherwise they would only have removed one tile. Such is the accuracy of their tech stuff and their skill when using it.

When they had gone the only sign they had been there was the wet grout standing out. Everything was clean and returned to its former condition.

A day that started so stressfully around 8am was resolved perfectly by 5pm. I have absolutely no fears of recommending Bradley Leak Detection. A thoroughly professional company. I will certainly contact Bradley again when needed.

Finally, the charge for the work was extremely fair and certainly less than the bill I'll get from Hidraqua!!

We had an outstanding experience with Bradley and his Team. In mid-August 2025, we faced a significant leak in our underground water distribution system. The issue was difficult to detect, but despite the challenge and our last-minute call, Bradley and his Team responded promptly and resolved the problem immediately. They expertly rerouted a new pipe inside the existing one with minimal disruption and no loss of water pressure. Additionally, they left the area spotless and provided a detailed report for both our insurance and water supplier.

Service, transparency, and expertise of this caliber are rare to find. I highly recommend Bradley and his team to anyone.

Excellent service from Bradley Leak detection, after much stress with insurance company I decided to sort it myself.. one call to Bradley, within an hour or so he visited us arranged for his team to be with us on Monday between , 8.30-8.45. To his word they arrived on time 2 holes dug with minimum disruption, repair done and everything left immaculate. Highly recommend for anyone who needs reliable leak detection.

Great service from Bradley and his team. The leak was difficult to detect and would have meant digging up numerous tiles to repair . Instead, they threaded a brand new pipe through the leaking pipe with minimal disruption and no lifted tiles which will also mean no more leaks in the old pipe . They also fitted 2 new valves one which was leaking and also a pressure relief valve to our water heater which had been omitted when it was originally installed. Even though they are busy they arrived the next day as promised and carried out the work to a high standard for a very reasonable price.

Had Bradleys company repair a leak and its was done at a high standard of workmanship, the company did the work in a way that it would be to your advantage in the longer term and when they had finished you would not know they had been there. The cost was a good. Thank you Bradley and the team.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this company . I had a water leak that needed sorting out, and this company was fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely prompt, very efficient, and got everything fixed quickly. The workers were genuinely nice, respectful, and easy to deal with. Had Bradley and his boys round, absolutely brilliant. Come when was promised (actually a day early). Found the the leak, repaired retiled done and dusted. Cleaned up and wouldn't know they had been. Can't fault them. Would recommend them any day of the week. Thankyou Bradley and his team.

Unfortunately, I recently discovered a leak and spoke to my insurance company who recommended I get in touch with Bradley Construction as they were "the best, and you won't even know they've been". What can I say? Liam and Alex were scheduled to arrive at 08:30 this morning, and they were bang on time. A quick conversation to try and help them ascertain where the leak was and then the boys set to work. Obviously there was drilling and digging involved - but, otherwise, Alex and Liam went about the task with the minimum of noise and the maximum of effort. Brad, himself, called in to see how the job was going, and he happily answered some questions I had about my boiler, etc, while Liam and Alex were finishing up. The end result - I'm now leak free, and, apart from a garden chair strategically placed to protect the tile that was dug up and relaid, you really wouldn't know they had been. Hopefully nobody experiences a leak, but, if they do, Brad, Liam and Alex are the people you need. I can't recommend them highly enough - and if I could give more than five stars, I would 👍🙂👍

Called Brad as we had a leak as evidenced by the water meter. Even though a different well know leak detection company said we didn't even though the meter said otherwise. Sent two great lads out next day ( sorry can't remember their names). What a breath of fresh air they where. They where so diligent that they actually located 2 leaks. Such a stressful situation when this happens but the lads and Brad kept us fully informed on what was needed. I am convinced they went above and beyond. Any other company would have taken the easy way out and smashed through my floor, but not these. They dug down and went in under the house. Outcome...... leak fixed at what I consider a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Just hope I don't need them in the future 😉 As you can see you wouldn't know they had been.

I had to leave a review for this company as they were so professional and fast with looking after a water leak on my property. I had an email from the water board to say that we could have a leak on the property. Well we did and I contacted Bradley construction straight away and he had a team with us the next morning. The two lads had their job cut out for them trying to find the leak but they did find it and end up finding another one in the process. They had to dig up a good part of our drive to find the leaks but made sure that they left the place the way they found it. The lads were great and I can't recommend these company anymore than being brilliant. Thank you Bradley Construction
