Ya había usado los servicios de Anatoly para la reforma integral del apartamento y quedé más que satisfecho. A raíz de una incidencia por filtraciones de agua y tras tener problemas con el seguro de la cada decidí volver a contar con el y sus chicos y siguen siendo los mejores profesionales de la isla. Muy agradecido y satisfecho. De hecho he cambiado la póliza de mi seguro para poder hacer arreglos con ellos y que mi seguro me lo abone.

La profesional pésima, le pedí un presupuesto, venía sin nada para medir y me dijo que llamaría para concretar mejor y coger las medidas y aún sigo esperando. Lo menos que hubiera podido hacer era decir que no le interesaba o que no iba a poder realizar la obra.

Wir haben im Tamaran in Playa del Ingles vor 5 Jahren eine mittelmäßig renovierte Wohnung gekauft, die wir auf absehbare Zeit sanieren wollten. Ein defektes Bad hat den Plan etwas vorgezogen und mein Mann hat im Internet dann AZgrupos gefunden und wir waren von der professionellen Internetseite mit Beispielen durchgeführter Renovierungsarbeiten begeistert, so dass wir Kontakt aufgenommen haben. Die Kommunikation verlief in Englisch. Schnell waren wir uns sicher und einig die Firma AZgrupos zu beauftragen und wir sind nicht enttäuscht worden. Die Wohnung ist fantastisch geworden und wir sind sehr zufrieden. Anatoly muss auch bisschen Lehrer spielen :) und hat einem über die Zeit beigebracht, das man sich auf einer Insel in der Nähe des afrikanischen Kontinents befindet und nicht auf dem Festland :). Waren und Produkte sind nicht immer so verfügbar wie man es gerne hätte und es bleibt nur 2 Möglichkeiten, entweder man wartet 1/2 Jahr auf das was man möchte oder man weicht auf andere Produkte aus. Trotzdem hat Anatoly immer tollen Ersatz gefunden. Auch ist Anatoly ehrlich (was ich sehr wichtig finde) und sagt bei Vorstellungen die man hat auch seine Meinung, das es unpraktisch ist oder nicht gut aussieht, da er ein viel besseres räumliches Verständnis hat. Also auch hier 5 Sterne :). Auch preislich war alles ok, es kamen keine Überraschungen oder versteckte Kosten und seine ganzen Mitarbeiter und Subunternehmer haben eine qualitativ sehr gute Leistung erbracht. Zusammengefasst war es eine interessante Zeit mit einem tollen Endergebnis und einer Wohnung in der wir uns super wohl fühlen. Vielen Dank Anatoly und das ganze Team von AZgrupos.

We bought an apartment in Puerto Rico which was really outdated and in need of a total renovation. As we are living in Holland and not known in Gran Canaria and didn't had any contacts there it was difficult for us to find a company. In the first meeting we had with Anatoliy we had a good feeling and he came across like a trough professional and also gave us some good advices. We decided to give him the assignment of the renovation of our apartment. As we where in Holland the whole time he kept us updated with pictures of the progress on regular basis or phonecall to discuss/explain things. The apartment looks amazing now thanks to him and his workers. So if you are looking for a honest, trustworthy and skilled construction company, this is the one to go.

We did a complete renovation with Anatoliy and his team in 2021 and we are more than happy with the result !!! Every problem we encountered has been solved in a professional way. AZ Grupo hat bereits die zweite Wohnung in Playa del Ingles renoviert. Im Vorfeld hatte ich mir verschiedene Baufirmen bzw. Renovierer angeschaut und auch bereits renovierte Immobilien zeigen lassen. Hier hat AZ Grupo von Anfang an bei der Wohnungsrenovierung überzeugt, sowohl der persönliche Kontakt (spricht fließend Englisch) wie auch die verschiedenen Muster-Wohnungen haben mich überzeugt. Professionelle Angebotserstellung, vernünftige Preise und ein tolles Ergebnis. Anatoliy und sein Team haben gute Ideen für die Umsetzung und auch Änderungswünsche wurden problemlos umgesetzt. Die verschiedenen Gewerke arbeiten gut zusammen und Arbeitsweise und Ergebnis ist durchaus mit Deutschland vergleichbar.
