Aguafix

Llamamos a Aguafix para ver si nos podían instalar dos termos y un fregadero en nuestro nuevo local. Ese mismo día vino a mirarlo y nos paso presupuesto. Quedamos un día para la instalación y estaba ahí a primera hora con todo preparado para instalar, todo perfecto y encima todo limpio y recogido cuando se fueron, unas máquinas, atención excelente, los mejores! 10/10

My termo eléctrico (con muchos años de antigüedad) se daño justo antes que unos huéspedes vinieran a mi apartamento, la pronta respuesta de Sam fue un gran alivio. En el plazo de un día Sam envió una cotización, compró un termo nuevo y lo instaló. Asimismo él ha estado muy atento a brindar un servicio de post-venta con gran rapidez en responder cualquier pregunta. Estoy muy contento con el servicio prestado y la calidad del nuevo termo :).

My old boiler broke down just before some guests came to my flat and the prompt response from Sam was a huge relief, within 1 day he got a quote, bought the new boiler and installed it!. He was also very clear in explaining important details to keep in mind when a boiler needs to be installed. Likewise he has been very attentive to provide post sale service by being quick in replying to any queries. I'm really happy with the service provided

We had Sam (and Sam) over several times for AC maintenance, new AC units installation as well as water heater installation. Sam is very honest and reliable which is rare in this industry ! Prices are very reasonable, service is always perfect and all of that is topped up with smiles and great mood ! 5 stars isnt enough for Aguafix.

Sam and his son did a service on our old Air Con units and they are now all nice and clean and working well. He explained everything and couldn't have been nicer. Will definitely be using their services again. Superb service and communications.

Team Aguafix did an excellent job changing all our old air con units out for brand new ones, priced up, approved and all installed within no time. Top man, top service, can’t recommend him enough!

We have a split AC unit that is fully installed, everything already done, mounted and wired. The only thing needed was to join the copper tubes and prime it, which is no more than half an hour of "work". Sam quoted 275 - plus materials! - basically just to sign the now required boletin when installing these units. This is the price charged for a full install from scratch which can take several hours. Nothing more than shameless for 30 mins of twiddling your thumbs while you just set a vacuum. Held to ransom to sign a bit of paper!
In response: you will sign off on it if you're paid the full install cost but while doing next to nothing though? OK then. There was no trying about the install. It was a slot-in replacement unit for one that failed as you were informed, hardly difficult to do up 4 bolts and 5 screws. The flares of the copper tubing were even left so they could be assured your work, the only possible point of leakage. The fact is you wanted a lot of money for basically doing next to nothing as you've seen a way people are forced to pay. It seems that is how you operate.

When you find an excellent tradesperson you save their number and hang on to them! Sam and his team are exemplary! Sam has been my go to man for all plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs for over two years.

He is responsive, knowledgeable and I have lost count of the amount of times he has given me advice on the phone saving me time and money! A genuinely decent chap who is happy to help no matter what.

He has fitted many AC units for me in this time and a super combo boiler. He uses quality LG branded machines for AC that are WiFi controlled and energy efficient. All at a very keen price.

It’s a bit hit and miss with finding good local trades people, but with Sam and Aguafix I feel so fortunate to have hit the jackpot. They are guaranteed my custom for all plumbing, heating and AC needs moving forward.

Finally, they say you can tell a lot about a tradesperson by the tidiness of their van so here’s a picture of my son and Sam in one of the Aguafix vans 👍

Excellent Service, our boiler broke and when we called he answered his phone straight away, came and looked the following day, discussed all the options we could have and it was fitted the following day, highly recommended.

Burst water pipe this lunchtime, so no water to the property. Sam came and fixed it within a couple of hours. Brilliant service and reasonable price. 3rd time he's been out to us - previously for an aircon service and to fix a problem with our central heating bolier. I have just moved to Spain and bought a villa, I was struggling to get my water heater, boiler and A/C working.
My neighbour recommended Sam, I gave him a call , within a few hours he came round and helped me with all my systems.

A/C Units needed Re - gassing , he checked for leaks first before starting, one also needed rewiring , Sam did it all and got me up and running.

I contacted Aguafix regarding a new central heater. First I was surprised at how quickly Sam responded to my inquiry for a quote. Within a day he had surveyed my property to size the proper unit and proposed an A rated German unit. I felt the price was excellent and was impressed by his knowledge and competence. He ordered the unit and scheduled the installation within a few days. The install took two days, went very smoothly, looked great and worked perfectly when he was done. He works fast, arrives exactly as promised and is extremely organized and competent. I highly reccommend this company. You can trust them and they are incredibly knowledgable about all things plumbing and solar. I remain super impressed. If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Sam is the best plumber we have come across in 24 years of living on the Costa Blanca. Efficient, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble - he even worked over a fiesta day to solve our emergency following a lightning strike. We will never use anyone else for anything plumbing related. Cannot recommend highly enough.
