Calm down! I missed an appointment for a quote, it was a small oversight and you didn't even contact me at the time. Don't right bad reviews for people when you haven't given them a chance to rectify a small oversight!! People like you can ruin small businesses for no good reason!! Worst experience ever is an unnecessary exaggeration of the situation!!
Remote plumbing services!
We had a problem with a leaking toilet but we were in UK and couldn't get to Spain to sort it! I found Alix on internet and it was great to be able to chat with him on his website and arrange everything. Our key holders were very impressed with Alix and Claire - punctual, polite and professional. Thank you so much. Promised to connect my new kitchen sink as it was a small job. Then didn't show, didn't update me, left me waiting all weekend. Really disappointed and let down. The kind thing to do would have been to turn down the job and advise me to find someone else.
Im very sorry Susan. Alix did come over to connect your sink, but couldnt, you didnt advise him until he was there that the company who fitted your kitchen were coming back to fix units ect first. I was under the impression we were waiting for you to confirm they had been and you were ready for us. Im sorry if wires have been crossed.
